It is an excellent art! But I have some doubts... Did you use AI to create this or other packs?
Reasons why I have doubts:
Looks like AI art (people also can do such things and I condole those who draws in such style and false-positively recognized as AI user)
Many colors, I mean way too much colors >100
Major part of colors has so little difference it is difficult to differentiate them even if you place these two colors near and open them full-screen
gradients which more looks like real photo with small resolution rather than pixel art (Yeah there is a style but...)
Some additional very weak reasons:
Backgrounds of banners and page backgrounds look like AI generated stuff so if used AI for something once you can probable use it for another thing
You are very productive in the sense I looked at time gaps between packs and they are tiny although not one pack each day so it is a very weak reason to guess AI
Thank you very much for taking the time to visit our page, and thank you for the feedback, honestly. Any feedback means a great deal to us.
We understand that one of the main reasons is too many colors. We are new to pixel art, but we do have a background in traditional art and we used the same principles to draw our first packs. Initially, one of our main goals was to make the objects look as realistic as possible.
Drawing it like this was easier for us, where we actually used soft brushes and did not limit the amount of colors for an object, but we are aware that does create a sort of "muddy" effect.
We are trying to avoid this in our future packs and will try to make our packs look more in line with pixel art principles.
We did use AI only for our product backgrounds and we did not want to hide that really. It's just that we had difficulties creating unique backgrounds that would suit the packs, and this was taking us too long.
But again, we are working on unique backgrounds and a style in general that will be used in all of our future packs so using AI will be completely avoided.
There is two of us, we are a couple, and both of us are trying to spend almost all of our free time (apart from our main jobs) into drawing these packs. We do have many stuff in the backlog since we are making digital art for quite some time now, and we just started publishing it recently.
So our main goal now is to make all of our packs more like a pixel art and to publish regularly.
Really, thanks again for the feedback and if you have any other questions feel free to write to us!
We mostly use Krita. And sometimes use Blender to create 3D models that we then draw in pixel art style, but this is still more of an experimental thing.
Oh yeah, we did hear about OpenGameArt and for sure plan to use it in the future!

Too many colors isn't so bad there is such style I saw several games in this realistic/pixel-art style
What software do you use for creating it?
And did you heard about OGA?

The 3d models are also valuable on itch by itself
